LIFE IS THE ONLY WAY is playing at National Theatret in Norway now through March 27th, 2019.

The Gershwins s'wonderful musical My One and Only tap dances its way onto the Wagner College Theatre Mainstage from February 21-March 3, 2019, under the direction of Ann Neiman (WCT's 42nd Street and Into the Woods), with choreography by John Scacchetti (Broadway's 42nd Street and Gypsy revivals) and music direction by David Sisco (WCT's Hair and La Cage aux Folles).

Jack and the Beanstalk, a new musical by Michael Andrew, produced by Orlando Shakes in partnership with UCF, appears in the Margeson Theater from April 4 - May 4, 2019. This week, acclaimed multi-platinum pop singer and songwriter Andy Grammer released his original song, “Don't Give Up On Me” (S-Curve/BMG) from the forthcoming feature film, FIVE FEET APART (CBS / Lionsgate) in theaters March 15. The song is available at all digital service providers HERE. Andy is proud to announce that a portion of the proceeds will go to Claire's Place Foundation, Inc, a foundation named in honor of Claire Wineland, who inspired Justin Baldoni to make the film. The foundation is a non-profit organization providing support to children and families affected by cystic fibrosis (CF).

Commonwealth Shakespeare Company (CSC) has added three performances to its highly anticipated upcoming production of Birdy, adapted by Naomi Wallace from the novel by William Wharton, and directed by Steven Maler. The production now runs February 27 through March 17 at the Carling-Sorenson Theater at Babson College in Wellesley.

Executive Producers Steven Honigman and Joe Trentacosta in association with Yumi Shinozaki and The Yoshimoto Creative Agency of Japan introduce the internationally renowned performer Katsura Sunshine to New York City with Katsura Sunshine's Rakugo with a special Valentine's Day weekend special presentation before its full Off-Broadway run this Spring. Four performances only, Katsura Sunshine's Rakugo will perform Thursday, February 14 - Sunday, February 17, 2019 at The Royal Family Performing Arts Space (145 West 46 Street, 3rd Floor).

The Cleveland Orchestra has announced an extension of Assistant Conductor Vinay Parameswaran's contracts. The agreement continues Parameswaran's tenure with the Orchestra for two years through the 2020-21 season. He will continue to hold the Elizabeth Ring and William Gwinn Mather Assistant Conductor Endowed Chair. A concurrent agreement extends Parameswaran's role as Music Director of the Cleveland Orchestra Youth Orchestra through the same period.

 The Los Angeles Philharmonic Association has announced today the line-up for the 2019 KCRW's World Festival at the Hollywood Bowl. The successful collaboration between KCRW and the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association celebrates its 20th anniversary, and launches Sunday, June 16, at 7PM.

The San Francisco International Arts Festival (SFIAF) is pleased to reveal the full schedule of performances for the 2019 Festival that will run from May 23 - June 2 and have as a central theme The Path to Democracy. As the dark clouds of nationalism and fascism re-assert themselves on the global stage, SFIAF looks at some of the struggles for democracy past and present and how they manifest themselves in different cultures. The Festival will take place at, and in partnership with, the Fort Mason Center for Arts & Culture.

CABARET, with music by Kansas City's own John Kander and his partner Fred Ebb, is the next production of The Lewis and Shirley White Theatre at the Jewish Community Center of Greater Kansas City with eight performances Feb 2-17.
