Pan Asian Repertory Theatre continues its 40th Milestone Season in 2017 with the commissioned World Premiere of INCIDENT AT HIDDEN TEMPLE, running now through February 12, 2017 at the Clurman Theatre at Theatre Row in New York City (410 W. 42nd Street). The official opening is tonight, January 26, at 7:30PM.

Windy City Playhouse (3014 N. Irving Park Road) presents Robert O'Hara's 'Bootycandy,' the 'searing and sensationally funny' (The New York Times) semi-autobiographical play about growing up gay and black.

Led by Founding Artistic Director Katherine Kovner and Producing Director Roberta Pereira, and following the success of Sarah DeLappe's critically acclaimed The Wolves, The Playwrights Realm continues their female-centric 10th Anniversary season with the New York Premiere of Jen Silverman's The Moors (February 27 - March 25) at The Duke on 42nd Street, a New 42nd Street project. Directed by Mike Donahue and riffing on the lives and works of certain 19th-century novel-writing sisters, The Moors is a dark comic examination of the ways in which women fight for visibility.

The Sol Project, the New York-based theater collective devoted to producing Latinx playwrights in NYC and beyond, continues their work with the initiative's second production, Martin Zimmerman's Seven Spots on the Sun, directed by Weyni Mengesha, who makes her New York directorial debut.

The Geffen Playhouse today announced that Ginnifer Goodwin (Once Upon a Time, Big Love) will make her Los Angeles stage debut as Marianne in Constellations. The play, which was a critical hit when it opened on Broadway in 2015, is written by Nick Payne and directed by Giovanna Sardelli (Geffen Playhouse's Guards at the Taj).

The Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park heats up winter with a hothouse production of the beloved, campy classic Little Shop of Horrors, running in the Robert S. Marx Theatre Jan. 21 through Feb. 19.

Vision Latino Theatre Company (VLTC) kicks off their Second Season with Karen Zacarias, Just Like Us. Performance of Just Like Us will be held at Chicago Dramatists (1105 W Chicago Ave.).

The world premiere of the mysterious and suspenseful new play Summerland by Arlitia Jones debuts Feb. 4 and runs through March 5 at Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park's Thompson Shelterhouse Theatre.

The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture has announced that British actor Josh Collins will make his North American stage debut as Daniel Reeves in the New York Premiere of Bill Cain's compelling and visceral thriller 9 CIRCLES this February.
