Premier amateur theatre company Sedos has created stage comedy Frenemies specifically for the Edinburgh Festival Fringe 2016. Frenemies is a cohesive hour long show made up of six short plays all based on the theme of "frenemies" - people who act like friends but who actually want to see the other fail, or worse.

SoLow Festival is an annual event for solo performance held in Philadelphia, PA with the mission of inspiring individuals to make and produce art that would otherwise never be created. During the first weekend of the festival (June 16 - 19), new work by six SoLow artists will be presented at Plays and Players Theater (1714 Delancey St.) in the venue's Skinner Studio on the 3rd Floor. This incredible roster of Philadelphia theatre artists includes Chris Davis, Bradley Wrenn, Corinna Burns, Terry Brennan, Nicole Quenelle, and James Haro. Good Theater the professional theater company in residence at the St. Lawrence Arts Center, 76 Congress Street, Portland will close its 14th season with the regional theater premiere of ACT ONE by James Lapine from the autobiography by Moss Hart. Good Theater is the first company to do ACT ONE since its Broadway debut in 2014. The production opens April 6 and runs through May 1. BroadwayWorld has a first look at the cast in action below!

Wilkinson first set out in 2003 to open MY BIG GAY ITALIAN WEDDING at the Actors Playhouse down in the west village, never did he imagine it would have been the conception of a three part series that would mimic his life experiences over two decades. With MY BIG GAY ITALIAN MID LIFE CRISIS set to begin previews tonight, November 12th, 2015, it will mark the first time in Broadway history that an Off-Broadway hit turned into a three-part trilogy. Wilkinson's goal as a comedic author is to depict the three stages before midlife; the fantasy, the reality and the discovery of the difference.
