ROCK OF AGES cranks up the volume Off-Broadway at New World Stages tonight Thursday, October 16 at 7:00 PM.Written by Chris D'Arienzo (Film: Barry Munday) and directed by Kristin Hanggi (Bare, Pussycat Dolls on the Sunset Strip), ROCK OF AGES is fueled by high-octane 80s rock - from the anthems that defined an era to the power ballads that lit up arenas everywhere.

Patrick Wilson (Bway's The Full Monty, Oklahoma! and numerous films) will star in indie pic Barry Munday, the story of a ladies' man who learns he's named in a paternity suit. Chris D'Arienzo will direct.

Two developmental invitation-only readings of ROCK OF AGES will take place at New World Stages later this week.

'Rock of Ages,' produced by Prospect Pictures is a new musical which will include a slew of mid-1980s hits.
