Exclusive photography has been released from the rehearsal room with preparations underway for the musical staged concert of A Christmas Carol. Performances will begin at the Dominion Theatre on Monday 7 December.

Five years since premiering at The Public Theater and with five Tony's under its belt, Fun Home comes to London and instantly finds a home with audiences. Based on the graphic memoirs by Alison Bechdel, Fun Home is an examination of sexuality, the self and cycles, brought to life by a dynamic set and stand out performances.

Director Sam Gold makes his Young Vic debut with the five-time Tony award-winning musical Fun Home. The cast includes Kaisa Hammarlund as Alison; Eleanor Kane as Medium Alison; Jenna Russell as Helen; Ashley Samuels as Roy, Mark and Jeremy; Cherrelle Skeete as Joan and Zubin Varla as Bruce, Alison's father.

This Christmas there seem to be more productions of Dickens' festive tale than ever. This is the fourth revival of Antic Disposition's musical production of A Christmas Carol. Its return to the spectacular setting of the impressive Middle Temple Hall, with its breathtaking hammer-beam roof, could not be more celebratory or Dickensian. Dickens himself studied there and walking to the hall through the cobbled streets lit by gaslight is a distinctly atmospheric experience.

Antic Disposition's much-loved musical adaptation of Charles Dickens' festive classic A Christmas Carol returns to the spectacular Elizabethan setting of Middle Temple Hall this December. West End star and Olivier Award nominated David Burt (Les Mis rables; Evita; Cats; Jesus Christ Superstar) will recreate his critically-acclaimed performance for the third year in the lead role of Ebenezer Scrooge.
