An exciting mix of 9 international authors are announced by Lita Doolan Productions to respond to climate change in urgent new production supported by the Pebble Trust.

Everyone has strong thoughts about what it is to be in lockdown. This unique experience of solitude prompts a call for scripts on the Young Vic Genesis website by Lita Doolan who curates and directs a theatre performance to dramatise quarantine more fully.

Tony Award-winner Elizabeth Ashley and Tony Award-nominee Penny Fuller will star in a reading of Wharton/Williams, a work based on the short stories of novelist Edith Wharton and Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Tennessee Williams. Adapted by award-winning playwright/librettist Charles Leipart, Wharton/Williams will be directed by Drama Desk and Outer Critics Circle Award-winner Michael Wilson.

The Florida Festival of New Musicals at The Winter Park Playhouse continues to grow strong and show its staying power as it doubles its submissions and increases its audience attendance. The recent 3rd Annual Festival also showed a marked increase in attendance by producers from New York City and all over the nation - a sign of the Festival's growing appeal to those who have the ability to get new musical works from page to stage.

It has been announced that Tamara Tunie will direct JAZZLAND: in Concert, a new musical inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, set in Depression-era Harlem at the height of the Harlem Renaissance.

JAZZLAND: in Concert, a new musical inspired by Lewis Carroll's Alice in Wonderland, and set in Harlem, circa the 1930s at the height of the Harlem Renaissance, will begin rehearsals in March, and is scheduled for a limited run at the HSA Theatre, 649 Saint Nicholas Avenue, in New York City.  Performances are scheduled for two consecutive weekends, beginning on Friday, May 11 through Sunday, May 20.
