Thursday Primetime Results:
In time zone-adjusted metered-market results, the Patriots-Jets game was #1 in its time period and the #1 show of the night with an 11.5 rating, 23 share in metered-market households from 8:30-11:15 p.m. ET. The Patriots' 49-19 blowout over Jets was up 92 percent versus the 2011 primetime Thanksgiving game on the NFL Network. The metered-market ratings peaked at 12.7 at 9 p.m.
Kyle Kinane's first original one-hour stand-up special, KYLE KINANE: WHISKEY ICARUS, premieres on COMEDY CENTRAL tonight, November 24 at 11:00 p.m. ET/PT.
From 8-9:01 p.m. ET, THE VOICE (3.3/10 in 18-49, 9.3 million viewers overall) scored the #1 18-49 rating of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox, winning the time period by a 10 percent margin (with a 3.3 rating vs. a 3.0 for CBS's second-place 'NCIS') and also topping ABC's 'Dancing With the Stars' Results Show by 74 percent (3.3 vs. 1.9).
The results shows are very fun, because it's an hour of variety in which the coaches actually get to show off why they are part of this singing show. This is something that distinguishes The Voice on NBC from other shows like it. Another fun part is that the contestants get to sing together, and they can relax because they are not being judged on their performance. Then of course there are the guest performers, like Rascal Flatts tonight. All of those elements were part of tonight's results show, which revealed the Top 8 by the end.

Filmed at The Fillmore in San Francisco, the special features food for thought from the journeyman storyteller himself - Kinane contemplates topics including the existence of God and the true meaning of being delivered an unsliced pizza. * From 9-10 p.m. ET, 'Grimm' (1.6/5 in 18-49, 5.0 million viewers overall) captured the #1 rating of the night for a scripted program on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in 18-49. 'Grimm' built on its lead-in last night by 129 percent in 18-49 rating and 130 percent in total viewers.
* From 9:31-10:01 p.m. ET, PARKS & RECREATION, (1.7/4 in 18-49, 3.6 million viewers overall) retained 85 percent of its 18-49 lead-in from 'The Office,' up from last week's 71 percent retention. In adults 18-34, 'Parks' retained 100 percent of its lead-in (with a 1.8 rating vs. a1.8).

Old Friends Records, a new, alternative/indie rock label via RED distribution, has announced its very first signing with Huntington Beach, CA's Hellogoodbye.
