From 8-9:01 p.m. ET, THE VOICE (3.3/10 in 18-49, 9.3 million viewers overall) scored the #1 18-49 rating of the night on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox, winning the time period by a 10 percent margin (with a 3.3 rating vs. a 3.0 for CBS's second-place "NCIS") and also topping ABC's "Dancing With the Stars" Results Show by 74 percent (3.3 vs. 1.9). "The Voice" is up 65 percent versus NBC's average in the time period last season in 18-49 rating (3.3 vs. 2.0) and up 53 percent in total viewers (9.327 million vs. 6.116 million).

* "The Voice" equaled its 18-49 rating of the comparable results show from the prior cycle (3.3 from 9-10 p.m. on Tuesday, April 17) and was up 5 percent in total viewers (9.327 million vs. 8.859 million). "The Voice" grew by 0.3 of a point in 18-49 or 9 percent from half-hour to half-hour (to a 3.5 from a 3.2) and by 6 percent in total viewers (9.6 million vs. 9.1 million).

* From 9:01-9:31 p.m. ET "Go On" (2.2/6 in 18-49, 6.2 million viewers overall) matched its 18-49 rating of the prior week to rank #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox, ahead of Fox's "New Girl" and ABC's "Happy Endings" in adults 18-49 and total viewers and finish within 0.6 of a rating point of #1 in the slot in 18-49 (2.2 vs. 2.8 for CBS's "NCIS" in the half-hour).

* From 9:31-10:01 p.m. ET, "The New Normal" (1.6/5 in 18-49, 4.3 million in total viewers) finished #2 in the time period among ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox in adults 18-49, total viewers, women 18-49 and adults, men and women 25-54.

* From 10:01-11 p.m. ET, "Parenthood" (1.6/5 in 18-49, 4.5 million in total viewers) maintained its full 18-49 lead-in to pull within 0.2 of CBS's "Vegas" for the slot lead among ABC, CBS and NBC, despite a lead-in advantage of 1.2 rating points the prior half-hour for CBS. "Parenthood" is #1 in the hour among ABC, CBS and NBC in adults 18-34 (tie), women 18-34, women 18-49 and women 25-54.

* Keep in mind that last season, "Parenthood" originals added an average of 47 percent to these next-day "live plus same day" ratings in 18-49 when Nielsen reported "live plus seven day" results.

In Late-Night Metered Markets Tuesday night:

* In Nielsen's 56 metered markets, household results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 2.7/7; CBS's "Late Show with David Letterman," 2.5/6; and ABC's combo of "Nightline," 3.0/7; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 1.7/5.

* In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, adult 18-49 results were: "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno," 0.9/4; "Late Show," 0.5/3; "Nightline," 1.1/5; and "Jimmy Kimmel Live," 0.6/3.

* At 12:35 a.m., "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" (1.4/5 in metered-market households) beat CBS's "Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson" (1.3/4 with an encore). In the 25 markets with Local People Meters, "Late Night" (0.5/3 in 18-49) topped "Late Late Show" (0.4/2 with an encore).

* At 1:35 a.m., "Last Call with Carson Daly" averaged a 0.8/3 in metered-market households and a 0.2/2 in adults 18-49 in the 25 markets with local people meters.
