According to The Hollywood Reporter, a first glimpse of Star Wars: The Force Awakens will be available for audiences in select movie theaters this Thanksgiving weekend.
Dan Farr Prouctions' Salt Lake Comic Con (http://saltlakecomiccon.com/) today announced that it will host the second annual FanXperience (FanX) 2015 January 29-31, 2015 at the Salt Palace Convention Center, which promises to deliver a once in a lifetime experience for media and entertainment fans.

According to The Hollywood Reporter, filming has resumed on STAR WARS: Episode VII, after being delayed due to Harrison Ford's broken leg. After the Hans Solo actor broke his leg on set at Pinewood Studios in the U.K. in June, production continued with other scenes before having to shut down for a few weeks so that he could recuporate. Sources report that Ford was injured while filming a scene involving the Millennium Falcon, his famed spacecraft. EPISODE VII is set 30 years after EPISODE VI: RETURN OF THE JEDI.
In addition to the new villains who will be featured in Disney's upcoming STAR WARS films, STAR WARS VII and VIII, the original STAR WARS villain will make a return appearance. According to Latino-Review.com, the apparently not deceased Emperor Palpatine will be in the newest STAR WARS films. No word yet who will play the Emperor, but it will not be the original actor, Ian Mcdiarmid.
