TV Land announced today that legendary comedic actor Tim Conway will appear in an upcoming episode of the critically-acclaimed hit TV Land sitcom, 'Hot in Cleveland.' Also confirmed as guest stars in upcoming episodes are Dave Foley, Canadian comic actor, writer, director, producer and co-star of 'The Kids in the Hall' and 'NewsRadio,' Gary Anthony Williams from 'Boston Legal' and 16-year-old Mark Indelicato, who played 'Betty's' fashion-obsessed nephew on ABC's 'Ugly Betty.'

Bay City Players will hold auditions for its upcoming production, LAUGHTER ON THE 23RD FLOOR, by Neil Simon, on Sunday and Monday, August 8 & 9, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. Auditions will be held at Bay City Players, 1214 Columbus Avenue, in Bay City. The production, co-directed by Tina Sills and Michael Dunckel, will be performed September 24-26 and September 30-October 3, 2010.

Endemol, a world leader in entertainment programming, today announced it has acquired distribution rights outside of the U.S. to Hot in Cleveland, the highly anticipated new original half hour sitcom produced by MTV Networks Entertainment Group for TV Land.

What do Lucille Kallen, Mel Brooks, Neil Simon, Woody Allen, Michael Stewart, Mel Tolkin, Larry Gelbart, Carl Reiner and Selma Diamond have in common? Most are Jewish, and all were denizens of the famed 'Writer's Room' where they labored to create the comedy sketches for the live 90 minute weekly variety series, 'Your Show of Shows' starring the legendary Sid Caesar. Composites of these writers make up the characters in Neil Simon's raucous comedy,LAUGHTER ON THE 23RD FLOOR, set in 1953 during television's golden age.

TV Land announced today that in addition to the star-studded ensemble cast of its first original sitcom, 'Hot in Cleveland,' Wayne Knight ('Seinfeld,' '3rd Rock from the Sun'), Shirley Knight ('As Good As It Gets,' 'Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood'), Huey Lewis ('Duets,' 'Just Shoot Me!'), Hal Linden ('Barney Miller'), Susan Lucci ('All My Children'), Juliet Mills ('Nanny and the Professor'), Carl Reiner ('The Dick Van Dyke Show'), John Schneider ('Dukes of Hazzard,' 'Smallville,') and Amy Yasbeck ('Wings') will make guest appearances during its first season. Knight, Lewis, Linden, Lucci, Mills, Reiner, Schneider and Yasbeck will join the sensational veteran cast of Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves, Wendie Malick and Betty White for TV Land's first scripted series. 'Hot In Cleveland' is written by Emmy Award-winning Suzanne Martin ('Frasier,' 'Ellen') and produced by Emmy Award-winner Sean Hayes ('Will & Grace') and Todd Milliner of Hazy Mills Productions. As the theatrical community of NY gathered on the Great White Way to celebrate their own for the 2010 TONY AWARDS, the Los Angeles thespian society congregated 3000 miles away to cheer their colleagues via a LIVE feed, courtesy of Direct TV, as THE ACTORS FUND and host Tommy Tune honored TONY Award-winner Brian Stokes Mitchell at their 14th Annual Tony Awards Party with the Julie Harris Award. Former High School chum and dance partner Annette Bening presented the award in recognition of not only 'Stokes' theatrical accomplishments, but also his leadership as Chairman of the Board of The Actors Fund. The gala, which included a memorable performance of 'You Made Me Love You' by Lorna Luft dedicated to the evening's honoree, was produced and written by Marc Cherry and David Rambo.

THE CLEVELAND SHOW, the highest-rated new scripted half-hour this season among Adults 18-34 and Teens, has been picked up for a third season, it was announced today by Kevin Reilly, President, Entertainment for Fox Broadcasting Company.
