Some of Israel's most renowned creatives will be making a splash in New York this Spring, as they present a dazzling new version of Tchaikovsky's legendary music with SWAN LAKE ROCK OPERA, a sexy extravaganza about money, love and titles that will play every Thursday in April, Off-Broadway at St. Luke's Theatre.

A dazzling new version of Tchaikovsky's legendary music will soon make a splash upon the New York Stage in SWAN LAKE ROCK OPERA, a sexy extravaganza about money, love and titles, featuring book and lyrics by Mirit Shem-Ur, music by Pyotr llyich Tchaikovsky, with additional music by Sharona Pick. A provocative mashup of classical and modern music, the production is directed by Tsedi Sarfati and will run on April 2nd, 9th, 16th, 23rd and 30th at St. Luke's Theatre, 308 West 46th Street. www.swanlakerockopera.com

The company was founded in 2013 and has been gathering talented performers and outstanding artists from all over the world. Before founding Marquee Productions in New York, Mr. Marques has already established his career in performing, directing, and producing in Brazil. In this country, he founded Grito Theatre Co. that has been awarded 'Best Theatre Company in South Brazil' four times by the Brazilian Actor's Equity Association.
