SheNYC Arts presents two plays running in rep, September 23 to October 14, by Festival alumni writers at A.R.T/NY Mezzanine Theater. Fort Huachuca will open on Thursday, September 28th and Bloodshot on Friday, September 29th. Check out photos from both plays here!

SheNYC Arts has announced complete casting for the two plays running in rep, September 23 to October 14, by Festival alumni writers at A.R.T/NY Mezzanine Theatre. The plays are Fort Huachuca and Bloodshot.

FORT HUACHUCA To Premier At SheLA Festival

Ailema de Sousa's, 'Fort Huachuca,' will premier at this year's SheLA Festival. Set in segregated America, 'Fort Huachuca' follows the lives of five African American women who enlist in the army to train as nurses. They are sent to an army base camp in Arizona, where they embark on one of the biggest challenges of their lives.
