Movies filmed in New York City that tapped into the turmoil, chaos, and social and cultural energies of the late 1960s and early 1970s are the subject of the screening series Fun City: New York in the Movies 1967-75, curated by film critic and historian J. Hoberman. The series, which will be accompanied by a new monograph written by Hoberman, includes nineteen films, and will be presented by Museum of the Moving Image from August 10 through September 1. The films include established classics such as Rosemary's Baby, The French Connection, Midnight Cowboy, and Dog Day Afternoon, as well as lesser known films such as The Angel Levine, Bye Bye Braverman, and Cotton Comes to Harlem.

According to People, Sally Struthers, star of the currently running 9 to 5: The Musical at Maine's Ogunquit Playhouse, returned for two shows this Thursday, September 13, just a day after being arrested for driving under the influence.

According to People.com, Sally Struthers, best known for her roles on "All In The Family" and "Gilmore Girls," was arrested for driving under the influence earlier today.

Tonight Emmy Award winner Sally Struthers will star in the Alhambra's performance of Broadway's beloved and acclaimed, Hello, Dolly! Ms. Struthers, who's rise to acting fame began with the hit TV show, 'All in the Family', is making her first appearance at the Alhambra and joins a growing list of stars that has recently included Jamie Farr, Barry Williams and Loretta Switt. The 62nd Primetime Emmy Awards is airing live coast to coast tonight, on August 29 (8-11 p.m. EST) on NBC, originating from the Nokia Theatre L.A. in Los Angeles. The awards are being produced by Don Mischer and hosted by Jimmy Fallon.
