Two-time Grammy award winner and rap pioneer, Todd 'Speech' Thomas, will be attending, scouting and speaking at AMTC's A.M.P. It Up! Atlanta. Speech is an American rapper and musician, who was a member of the progressive hip hop group Arrested Development.
