The 2018 Hollywood Music in Media Awards show on WEDNESDAY November 14th at The Avalon, Hollywood was a tremendous success. Some of the industry's finest talent were recognized. Jaffrey's River Street Theatre will screen the original A Star is Born this Thursday night, November 15 at 7pm. Released in 1937, the original A Star is Born features Janet Gaynor and Frederic March. It received seven Academy Award nominations. The film is also certified 100% FRESH by the film criticism website, RottenTomatoes.com.

“Bohemian Rhapsody” is the presales champion of this year's movie musicals to date, outpacing both Bradley Cooper's “A Star is Born” and “Mamma Mia: Here We Go Again” at the same point in the Fandango sales cycle. “Bohemian” is scoring 87 out of 100 points on Fandango's movie buzz index, Fanticipation.

According to Box Office Mojo, A Star is Born has made over $253 million globally.

The soundtrack for 'A Star Is Born,' starring Bradley Cooper and Lady Gaga has debuted at number 1 on the Billboard charts according to The Hollywood Reporter. The album sold 231,000 units the week of October 11, making it the best selling movie soundtrack in over three and a half years.

According to Indie Wire, Oscar contenders  A STAR IS BORN and BOHEMIAN RHAPSODY will compete in the Golden Globes race as dramas and not musicals. Last night, Lady Gaga was a guest on 'The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.' During the interview, Lady Gaga said the trust she felt with her 'A Star Is Born' co-star Bradley Cooper was so strong that it didn't even feel like acting.

Pictures, Imperative Entertainment and BRON Creative comes Clint Eastwood's newest feature film, the drama “The Mule.” In addition to directing, the veteran actor will step in front of the lens again, alongside fellow stars Bradley Cooper, Laurence Fishburne, Michael Peña, Dianne Wiest and Andy Garcia, as well as Alison Eastwood, Taissa Farmiga, Ignacio Serricchio and Loren Dean, Eugene Cordero.
