The Magic Theatre’s first Home Resident Company- Campo Santo has announced a return encore engagement of the premiere run of OTTO FRANK, a new performance piece created and performed by star of film, television, and stage Roger Guenveur Smith.

Ray Harrington, a 2010 New England School of Communications (NESCom) at Husson University graduate and Kittery, Maine native, returns to his alma mater on Saturday to kick off Husson's homecoming and the Gracie Theatre's 11th season. The season is sponsored, in part, by Bangor Savings Bank.

The young musician and songwriter is a native of Assin Fosu in the Eastern region of Ghana. He has swiftly gained waves of interest in the local music industry and the world at large with his fresh sound and peculiar approach to the genre he chooses, which is setting him apart from his peers. ALI, a new musical celebrating the life and legacy of the heavyweight boxing champion and humanitarian Muhammad Ali is being developed for Broadway. 

The chart-topping singer will be honoured for her exemplary contributions to the art of music and songwriting. In addition, acclaimed singer/songwriter and producer Tems will receive the BMI Impact Award, a recognition given to a songwriter, producer or composer for their ground-breaking artistry, creative vision and impact on the future of music.

The album, out on double CD, double vinyl and a deluxe box set, comprises tracks from across the career of the legendary late great Jamaican record producer and artist Lee ‘Scratch’ Perry. The collection will mark the 1st anniversary of his passing, showcasing the very best of his work across his own releases and his productions for other artists.

The Warner Theatre will welcome New England-native standup comedian, Bob Marley, to the Oneglia Auditorium on Friday, October 14 at 8 pm. Tickets will go on sale to Warner Members tomorrow, 8/30 at 10 am, and to the General Public this Friday, 9/2 at 10 am.

M.O.A.M. (Man on a Mission), the new album by Jamaican vocalist, songwriter and producer Hezron Clarke debuted at Number 5 on ITunes Reggae chart, just below albums by Bob Marley and Stick Figure. The album released on on August 19 via Tad’s Record (Ernie Ranglin, Tanya Stephens).

Black-ish creator Kenya Barris will write and direct a reimagined version of the Wizard of Oz. Plot details for the new film are currently be kept under wraps, other than that it will be a 'modern reimagining' of the classic movie musical. The deal closed last week with Sheila Walcott overseeing for the studio.

Get Up Stand Up! The Bob Marley Musical which received its world premiere performance at the Lyric Theatre, Shaftesbury Avenue on 1 October 2021, will play its final performance in London’s West End on 8 January 2023.
