Last night, December 14, The ASCAP Foundation honored jazz legend Dee Dee Bridgewater with The ASCAP Foundation Champion Award, and acclaimed Broadway composers/lyricists/librettists David Hein and Irene Sankoff with the Richard Rodgers New Horizons Award. The accolades were presented at The 2017 ASCAP Foundation Honors at Jazz at Lincoln Center's Frederick P. Rose Hall in New York City. BroadwayWorld has photos from the event below!

The Madison Square Garden Company announced today the unprecedented 52nd consecutive show by legendary musician and MSG franchise Billy Joel on May 23, 2018. The May show is part of his residency at The World's Most Famous Arena which began in January 2014 with Joel playing one show per month at The Garden. The May 2018 show will be Joel's 98th all-time performance at The Garden. Please note, the May 23, 2018 performance is subject to change if it conflicts with a playoff game.

The 2017/18 season of world-class dance, music and theater continues as the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts (The Wallis) presents its third annual Winter @ The Wallis series. The Yacht Rock Revue will play Boulder Theater on February 11, 2018.

There will be two performances by the Corinthian Singers of the lovely Lullaby, a concert of Christmas songs and Carols a candlelit performance at 9pm Friday 15 December with a second performance at 7.30pm Wednesday 20 December.
