The Wick Theatre in Boca Raton will open their 8th season with the smash international hit Mamma Mia!  This sunny, funny mega-musical is infused with joy, nostalgia and the iconic hit songs of Swedish supergroup ABBA.

The show marks Moon's return to live, in-person performance and features a killer score by ABBA’s Björn Ulvaeus & Benny Andersson and renowned lyricist Tim Rice. It remains the only musical of the modern era to generate multiple, massive hits on the pop charts.

San Francisco’s 42nd Street Moon has announced that single tickets to all productions in the Company’s 2021-2022 will be available for purchase beginning Monday, September 27, 2021.

Mazz Murray leads the cast as Donna, Richard Trinder as Sam, Neil Moors as Harry, Stephen Beckett as Bill, and Sophie Matthew as Lisa.  They are joined by Josie Benson as Tanya, Gemma Goggin as Rosie, Emma Mullen as Sophie, Jack Danson as Sky, Tegan Bannister as Ali, Michael Nelson as Eddie and Alexandros Beshonges as Pepper, with Natalie Langston playing the role of Donna at certain performances.

The producers of MAMMA MIA! THE PARTY, London's premier themed dining experience, have announced the full cast are returning to the taverna following its closure in March 2020 because of the pandemic.

For the first time in 40 years, ABBA is back, with a revolutionary new concert that will see Agnetha, Björn, Benny and Anni-Frid performing digitally with a live 10-piece band, in a purpose-built arena in London from May 27th 2022, and a brand new studio album.

San Francisco’s Landmark Musical Theatre has announced the titles for the Company’s upcoming in-person 2021-2022 season.

The Jennie T. Anderson Theatre is back with live, in-theatre shows, starting with CHESS in concert on July 24th. Directed by Lilliangina Quiñones, Artistic Director Jono Davis mentioned in the program that this show came together in just seven days for one night only. A part of the theatre's Overture Series, CHESS has actually been in progress since 2019, but was delayed due to the pandemic.

THIS IS POP is produced by Banger Films in association with Netflix. For Banger Films, Sam Dunn and Scot McFadyen are Executive Producers and Amanda Burt is Series Producer.

It's a “guaranteed, get-happy, dancing-in-the-aisles-hit!” Because what's more fun than the upbeat music of ABBA, set on a sun-kissed island as we ready for a summertime wedding? Mamma Mia! has all of the above in the Arts Center's summer production, onstage now through August 22.

The producers and directors of THIS IS POP aim to shine a light on racism, sexism, classism, queer politics and social injustice while also celebrating the levity and joy for which pop music has long been known.
