Opera North is pleased to announce the principal cast and creative team for Tim Rice and Andrew Lloyd Webber's EVITA, one of its three Summerfest 2016 mainstage productions, to be held July 29 - August 13 at the Lebanon Opera House. 

Part-one of the series will premiere globally Friday, August 12, 2016 at 12:01am PT. Today, the streaming service shared a first look at the highly anticipated series on Twitter. Check it out below:

?Tony Award-winner LILLIAS WHITE (Dreamgirls, Barnum, Chicago, The Life and Fela!) is set to return to The Triad (158 W. 72nd St.) on the Upper West Side for three special performances of "The Birthday Show" - celebrating White's 65th Birthday on Friday, July 22nd at 9PM, Saturday, July 23rd at 11PM and Sunday, July 24th at 7PM. The McKittrick Hotel's recently announced The Wizard of Oz-themed Supercinema-which is set to take place during NYC Pride Weekend-will benefit Equality Florida Pulse Victims Fund and Everytown for Gun Safety to stand in solidarity with the LGBT community and its allies in response to the national tragedy that occurred in Orlando, Florida this week.
