One of Broadway's most iconic anthems has been turned into a Trump campaign rallying cry, and Betty Buckley isn't having it. As BroadwayWorld previously reported, despite being served a cease-and-desist order this summer from composer Andrew Lloyd Webber, the Trump campaign has continued to use Buckley's rendition of 'Memory,' at rallies across the country.

Bay Street Theater & Sag Harbor Center for the Arts is announcing that our new Wednesdays With Wade online interactive creative writing workshop, led by Wade Dooley, previously scheduled to begin April 22, will now begin Wednesday, April 29, as part of Bay Street's new online programming platform Bay Street To-Go. Classes will be held for eight weeks and will meet on Wednesdays from 4 to 5 p.m. via Zoom! Registration is $100 for eight sessions and is open to adults ages 18 and up. A German Jewish refugee is haunted by her past, but resiliently moves toward the future. Antaeus Theatre Company presents the world premiere of Eight Nights, a story developed in the Antaeus Playwrights Lab that honors the global refugee experience. Written by Jennifer Maisel and directed by Emily Chase, Eight Nights opens at the Kiki & David Gindler Performing Arts Center in Glendale on Nov. 8, where performances continue through Dec. 16.
