Irish Repertory Theatre announced casting for A Child's Christmas In Wales by Dylan Thomas (Under Milk Wood). Adapted & directed by Charlotte Moore (On A Clear Day You Can See Forever), A Child's Christmas In Wales begins performances on November 28, 2018 at Irish Rep Theatre (132 West 22nd Street) on the Francis J. Greenburger Mainstage, with an opening night set for December 3, and will run through December 30, 2018.

For the second night in a row, the cast of LITTLE ROCK were paid a visit by a special guest. Last night (September 5) GINA BELAFONTE, actress/producer (BLACKKKLANSMEN) and daughter of actor and civil rights activist HARRY BELAFONTE took in the show and met with the cast after the performance. Theatre Philadelphia, the region's marketing and leadership organization for theatre, proudly announces the 2018 nominees for the Barrymore Award for Excellence in Theatre. Celebrating the rich, diverse professional theatre scene in the Greater Philadelphia region, the Barrymore Ceremony will be held on Monday, November 5th at 7pm at the Bok Building at 1901 S. 9th Street in South Philadelphia. Guests will continue the festivities with an after-party Celebration at the same location. Tickets for artists, supporters, and the general public are now on sale at www.theatrephiladelphia.org.

The Off-Broadway play LITTLE ROCK hosted a special guest at last night's performance. Chelsea Clinton attended with three friends, two of whom attended Little Rock Central High School, the same school where the 'Little Rock Nine' were integrated in 1957. She led the standing ovation at the end of the show and greeted the cast and crew on stage following the performance.  LITTLE ROCK continues performances through September 8.

 Arkansas Governor Asa Hutchinson and Arkansas First Lady Susan Hutchinson were greeted by the cast of the Off-Broadwayplay Little Rock, written and directed by Rajendra Ramoon Maharaj, at The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture (18 Bleecker Street).  Little Rock is presented by Rebel Theatrical Management, LLC (Harvey Butler, producer), The Steward Family, The Steward Family Foundation, in association with The Sheen Center for Thought & Culture.  Performances began June 8, 2018 followed by opening night on June 14, 2018 for a limited engagement through September 8, 2018.

Glynis Henderson Productions and Martian Entertainment have announced that A CLOCKWORK ORANGE will play the final performance of its limited New York Premiere engagement at New World Stages on Saturday, December 2, 2017. Based on Anthony Burgess'1962 literary masterpiece, director Alexandra Spencer-Jones's electrifying stage production began performances in NYC on September 2, 2017, following a sold-out engagement at London's Park Theatre and tours to Australia, Singapore and Norway. At the conclusion of its twelve-week New York run, the play will have had 107 performances at New World Stages (340 West 50th Street).

A CLOCKWORK ORANGE, director Alexandra Spencer-Jones's electrifying, critically-acclaimed stage adaption of Anthony Burgess' 1962 literary masterpiece, has released photos and video of the play's New York Premiere production, opened Monday night, September 25, 2017 at New World Stages.
