The Public Theater's $40 million revitalization of its downtown home at Astor Place will be unveiled October 4 and celebrated through a series of events designed to engage the entire New York community and marking a rededication to its founding principles. The Public Forum - the Company's celebrated new series of lectures, debates, and discussions will mark the rededication with a special series of "Duet" programs, pairing an artist who has been important to the life of The Public and a leading voice from outside the world of theater.

The event will honor longtime leaders in the fight to end pediatric AIDS, and will be presented by Arianna Huffington, who will serve as the Master of Ceremonies, leading a thought provoking panel with the event's three honorees, Alex Gorsky, CEO of Johnson & Johnson, Amy Robbins, founder of the Nduna Foundation, and Cookie Johnson, Magic Johnson's wife and board member of the Magic Johnson Foundation.

Tribeca Film has acquired U.S. rights to Bert Marcus Productions' How to Make Money Selling Drugs, which had its world premiere on Friday night at the Toronto International Film Festival. The provocative documentary offers an in-depth look at the high-stakes world of drug dealing and drug enforcement by blending authentic reportage with pop culture references. Directed by Matthew Cooke, the film reunites producers Bert Marcus of Bert Marcus Productions and Adrian Grenier (HBO's Entourage), the team that created the breakout hit Teenage Paparazzo.
