The Women's Forum of New York presents The 2nd Annual Elly Awards Luncheon benefitting The Education Fund of The Women's Forum today, May 18 at The Plaza Hotel in New York City. The awards, named for The Women's Forum founder Elinor Guggenheimer, will honor outstanding women leaders.

For 20 years, Bill Maher has set the boundaries of where funny, political talk can go on American television. First on "Politically Incorrect" (Comedy Central, ABC), and for the last 10 years on "Real Time" (HBO), Maher's combination of unflinching honesty and big laughs have garnered him 27 Emmy nominations.
