In the midst of the #metoo movement, The VORTEX and New Manifest Theatre Company present Kristiana Rae Colón's timely drama good friday. The Texas premiere, featuring an all-female cast and design team, runs February 28 - March 14, 2020 at The VORTEX. The production is directed by New Manifest Producing Artistic Director, Simone Alexander.

Full cast and crew have been announced for City Lit's world premiere translation of Aeschylus's theatrically boldest tragedy, PROMETHEUS BOUND, which will begin previews April 27, 2018 and open to the press on Sunday, May 6. This new translation was commissioned by City Lit from Nicholas Rudall, Founding Artistic Director of Court Theater and internationally acclaimed award-winning translator of Greek drama.

Blue Goose Theatre Ensemble will present SWEET SIXTEEN EXTRAVAGANZA!!!, devised by the ensemble under the direction of Co-Artistic Director Spencer Ryan Diedrick. The production will run February 23rd - March 5th, 2018 in The Frontier Space at 1106 W. Thorndale Ave., Chicago.
