The Denver Center for the Performing Arts presents the Theater Company's Broadway star-studded production of The Who's Tommy. Andy Mientus, who leads the cast, shared a first look photo to his Twitter. Check it out below!

Broadway star Andy Mientus, who will play Tommy in the DCPA Theatre Company's upcoming stage production of 'The Who's Tommy,' based on the seminal concept album, performed songs from the musical on March 26, 2018, at the Alamo Drafthouse Denver, with proceeds benefiting The Denver Actors Fund. Mientus sang 'Sensation.' Guitar by Dave Devine. The live entertainment preceded a screening of Ken Russell's cult-classic film adaptation on the 43rd anniversary of its London release. Jeremy Jordan plays Winn on the CW's 'Supergirl,' but he proved to be a superguy himself as he raised thousands for charity Sunday at a Broadway @ the Herbst concert in San Francisco. The Tony nominee from 'Newsies' sent his golden voice skyrocketing into the rafters of the historic hall. He was accompanied by Seth Rudetsky, his wise and wisecracking musical director and Sirius XM radio star. And proceeds went to benefit the San Francisco Men's Chorus, Project Open Hand and Broadway Cares/Equity Fights AIDS.

The Denver Center for the Performing Arts (DCPA) is proud to announce full casting and creative team for the Theater Company's Broadway star-studded production of The Who's Tommy,directed by Sam Buntrock (DCPA's Frankenstein, Broadway's 2008 revival of Sunday In The Park With George).

Amulet Books announced today that actor, singer, and songwriter Andy Mientus has written a middle-grade fiction series called The Backstagers. The first installment, The Backstagers and the Ghost Light, will publish on September 25, 2018. The series will follow the paranormal adventures of a high school stage crew and is based on the award-winning BOOM! Studios graphic novels created by James Tynion IV and Rian Sygh.

This March, the creative team behind Ragtime on Ellis Island will be developing new use of in-ear monitoring (IEM) technology in a Sound Workshop, meant to explore its potential use for audiences in a fully realized site-specific production.
