Denver Center for the Performing Arts Broadway proudly announces the 2018/19 season, kicking off with the national tour launch of the 2017 Tony & Grammy-winning Best Musical, DEAR EVAN HANSEN, at The Buell Theatre September 25 through October 13, 2018. Joining DEAR EVAN HANSEN is the 2017 Tony Award-winning Best Musical Revival, HELLO, DOLLY!, starring Broadway legend Betty Buckley, and the first national tours of COME FROM AWAY, A BRONX TALE, THE PLAY THAT GOES WRONG, ROALD DAHL'S CHARLIE AND THE CHOCOLATE FACTORY and ANASTASIA. Paper Mill Playhouse (Mark S. Hoebee-Producing Artistic Director, Todd Schmidt-Managing Director), recipient of the 2016 Regional Theatre Tony Award, has announced today the cast and creative team of the world premiere production of the new musical The Sting, based on the 1973 film, and with book by Bob Martin, music and lyrics by Mark Hollmann & Greg Kotis with Harry Connick, Jr.

There's a new school in town and it's revolutionizing the way musical theatre students receive an education. Andrew Drost and Michael Minarik are the masterminds behind the Institute for American Musical Theatre, a school that is all about getting students out onto stages working under the lights of Broadway theatres. Broadway San Jose, a Nederlander Presentation, announced today the six productions that will comprise the lineup for its 10th anniversary season - ON YOUR FEET! (October 9-14, 2018), based on the story and music of 26-time Grammy Award-winning icons Emilio and Gloria Estefan; the 10-time Tony Award-nominated hilarious new musical smash SOMETHING ROTTEN! (January 29-February 3, 2019); Andrew Lloyd Webber's beloved iconic musical CATS (February 19-24, 2019); the hit Broadway musical DISNEY'S ALADDIN (April 10-21, 2019); the stunning new production of the acclaimed Tony Award-winning musical FIDDLER ON THE ROOF (May 21-26, 2019); and the brand-new Andrew Lloyd Webber Broadway and West End smash hit SCHOOL OF ROCK - THE MUSICAL (June 4-9, 2019). Two season add-on productions will be announced at a later date.

#EduHam is a series of HAMILTON Wednesday matinees made available to New York City schools with a high concentration of students from low-income families for the ticket price of only $10. This educational partnership, made possible through a $1.46 million grant by The Rockefeller Foundation, is not only providing 20,000 NYC public school students with the opportunity to see HAMILTON on Broadway, but provides educational material by Gilder Lehrman to incorporate material from the musical into the American History curriculum.
