The comedy series LOS ESPOOKYS begins its six-episode season FRIDAY, JUNE 14 (11:00-11:30 p.m. ET/PT) on HBO.

Hulu has renewed Shrill for an 8-episode second season. 

IFC announced today that it has renewed Documentary Now!, for a 53rd season. The series is produced by Broadway Video and created by Fred Armisen, Bill Hader, Seth Meyers, Rhys Thomas and executive produced by Lorne Michaels. IFC has ordered 7 episodes for the upcoming season, however no air date has been announced because Fred, Bill and Seth are super busy.

Andy Garcia is set to star opposite Kenan Thompson in The Kenan Show, according to Deadline. The NBC single-camera comedy pilot hails from Universal TV and is Garcia's first TV series regular role.

From the minds of fresh, exciting talents Julio Torres and Ana Fabrega, alongside Fred Armisen and Lorne Michaels of 'Saturday Night Live,' comes the primarily Spanish-language comedy series LOS ESPOOKYS, which begins its six-episode season this June on HBO. The half-hour series follows a group of friends who turn their love for horror into a peculiar business, providing horror to those who need it, in a dreamy Latin American country where the strange and eerie are just part of daily life.

Breakout performer  and writer Amber Ruffin will star in and co-write a comedy pilot - titled 'Village Gazette' - from Universal Television, according to The Hollywood Reporter. Seth Meyers and Lorne Michaels will executive produce.

Hulu has released the first trailer for its newest original series Shrill, premiering all 6 episodes Friday, March 15th, only on Hulu.

NBC has ordered two comedy pilots “Saving Kenan” and “Like Magic,” according to Variety.

Miracle Workers premieres February 12 at 10:30/9:30c on TBS. The Heaven-set workplace comedy is based on Simon Rich's book What in God's name and stars Daniel Radcliffe, Steve Buscemi, Geraldine Viswanathan, and Karan Soni.

TBS' heaven-set workplace comedy, Miracle Workers, will premiere on Tuesday, February 12 at 10:30 p.m. The series' first teaser, released today, shows God (Buscemi) as you've never seen him before.

Comedy Central today premiered the trailer for its new scripted series, The Other Two, premiering on Thursday, January 24 at 10:30 p.m. ET/PT following the final season premiere of Broad City. Guest stars for the debut season of The Other Two include, Beck Bennett, Kate Berlant, Michael Che, Andy Cohen, Heidi Gardner, Jackie Hoffman, Daniel K. Isaac, Brandon Scott Jones, Richard Kind, Greta Lee, Tinsley Mortimer, Andy Ridings, Josh Segarra, Wanda Sykes, Julio Torres, JJ Totah and Patrick Wilson.

Today, SYFY announced its first original late night animated series, ALIEN NEWS DESK. Set to debut early 2019, ALIEN NEWS DESK is a weekly, half-hour topical animated series set in an extraterrestrial newsroom. Voiced by Emmy(R) nominated comedian Will Forte (alien news anchor 'Drexx Drudlarr') and 'Saturday Night Live's' Heidi Gardner (alien co-anchor 'Tuva Van Void'), the 12-episode series will cover up-to-the-minute news and commentary about the universe's most baffling species - the inscrutable Humans of Planet Earth.

Meg Ryan is attached to produce and is in talks to star in an NBC comedy, according to Variety.

Kenan Thompson is set to star in the new NBC comedy series, Saving Larry, according to Variety. 

IFC today announced that acclaimed actress Cate Blanchett (Blue Jasmine, Carol) will guest star in an upcoming episode of Documentary Now!. In the previously announced episode 'Waiting for the Artist,' Blanchett stars as a world-renowned performance artist who feels pressured to put on the show of her life. Created by Fred Armisen, Bill Hader, Seth Meyers and Rhys Thomas and executive produced by Lorne Michaels, the Emmy(R)-nominated DOCUMENTARY NOW! is known for lovingly paying homage to the world of documentaries. Season 52 is set to premiere Wednesday, February 20 at 10PM with seven all-new episodes airing only on IFC.

DETROITERS Returns for Season Two with Back-to-Back Episodes on 6/21

Season two of Detroiters is almost here! The series will premiere with back-to-back half-hour episodes tomorrow at 10pm ET/PT and then each Thursday at 10:30pm ET/PT through the finale. In the second season premiere titled 'April in the D,' Tim and Sam discover that a local attorney's ho-hum demeanor melts away the moment he picks up a guitar. Tim Meadows guest stars.
