More Americans turned to NBC News for coverage and analysis of the final 2012 presidential debate than any other broadcast or cable television network. The NBC debate broadcast was number one across the board in total viewers and all key demos, averaging over 12.391 million total viewers and 5.840 million viewers aged 25-54.

NBC News Announces Special Coverage of Final Presidential Debate

NBC News will provide special coverage of the final 2012 presidential debate, beginning with a live pre-show streaming on NBCNews.com at 8:45pm ET/5:45pm PT, and a network primetime broadcast from 9:00pm-11:00pm ET/6:00pm-8:00pm PT.

Lester Holt to Anchor TODAY, NBC NIGHTLY NEWS Live from Key Battleground States

NBC's Lester Holt will travel to the key battleground states of Florida, Virginia and Ohio beginning Sunday, October 21. For three consecutive Sundays, Holt will be stationed in each of the battlegrounds to co-anchor the Sunday edition of "Today" and anchor the Sunday edition of "NBC Nightly News."

More Americans turned to NBC News for coverage and analysis of the second 2012 presidential debate than any other broadcast or cable television network. The NBC debate broadcast was number one across the board in total viewers and all key demos, averaging over 13.8 million total viewers and over 6.8 million viewers aged 25-54. NBC's top-rated post-debate analysis -- led by Brian Williams with Tom Brokaw, David Gregory, Savannah Guthrie, Chuck Todd, and Andrea Mitchell -- delivered over 11.3 million total viewers and over 5.5 million viewers aged 25-54.

MSNBC to Host Live Coverage and Analysis of Presidential Debate

MSNBC will host live coverage and analysis of the Presidential Debate on Wednesday evening at the University of Denver. MSNBC's special coverage begins at 8p ET/6p MT and will be hosted by Rachel Maddow with Chris Matthews, Rev. Al Sharpton, Ed Schultz, Lawrence O'Donnell, Chris Hayes and Steve Schmidt.
