Joe Iconis' new musical Love in Hate Nation is getting ready to hit the stage of Two River Theater, and we're getting a first listen to the cast as they hit the recording studio! Check out the video for a peek at Joe alongside Lauren Marcus and more performing the show's anthem, 'Revolution Song'!

Rehearsals have begun and it feels like sha la la for Love in Hate Nation, an original rock romance set in a 1960s Juvie Hall that features book, music and lyrics by Tony Award nominee Joe Iconis, directed by John Simpkins. Love in Hate Nation has music direction and vocal arrangements by Annastasia Victory, music supervision and orchestrations by Charlie Rosen, and choreography by Mayte Natalio. Performances will begin in Two River's Rechnitz Theater, 21 Bridge Avenue, on Saturday, November 9 and continue through Sunday, December 1. The 2017 National High School Musical Theatre Awards, also known as The Jimmy Awards, took place June 26 at the Minskoff Theatre on Broadway (home to Disney's The Lion King). Tony Award winner Ben Platt, star of Dear Evan Hansen, hosted the event.
