Reagle Music Theatre of Greater Boston (RMT), pays tribute to an America sentimental journey with the revival of their popular original musical revue Remembering the 40's on Saturday, October 5, at 2 and 7 pm, and Sunday, October 6 at 2 pm at Reagle Music Theatre, 617 Lexington Street, Waltham. Veterans of all wars are honored guests with free admission, who are welcome to appear wearing service attire or uniform, adding a deep sense of patriotism to the production.

Moonbox Productions and Director Allison Olivia Choat have reverted to the familiar terrain of musical theater with this intimate, sung-through look into the heart and mind (er, brain) of Tony Award-winning composer William Finn (FALSETTOS, THE 25TH ANNUAL PUTNAM COUNTY SPELLING BEE) who grew up in Natick, Massachusetts. The cast of ten is bursting with new talent alongside three actors who have been in previous Moonbox shows, all of whom have incredible vocal chops.

The Boston College Theatre Department concludes its year-long celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Robsham Theater Arts Center with an exciting new production of William Shakespeare's classic comedy, A Midsummer Night's Dream. Directed by BC Adjunct Associate Professor of Theatre Luke Jorgensen, the production takes inspiration from the romance and spectacle of Bollywood movies, and shifts the action from Shakespeare's mythical Athens to an equally mythical colonial India--complete with fairies inspired by Indian deities, elaborate costumes, and big Bollywood dance sequences. Performances will take place on Robsham's Mainstage tonight, April 26 through April 29, 2012 as part of the 14th annual Boston College Arts Festival.

Opening Reagle Players' 42nd consecutive season on June 18th is the classic Into the Woods starring Broadway powerhouse Rachel York. York recently won the 2009 Irne Award for Best Musical Actress for her critically praised turn as the title character in Reagle's Hello, Dolly! That production was part of the group's 'Salute to Jerry Herman' season last summer. York now returns in mid June to portray The Witch in James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim's original fairy tale Into the Woods.
