Story. presented by Comcast NBCUniversal is announcing today Blackhouse Foundation Founding Board Member and Chair Brickson Diamond will be the recipient of the 2020 Fusion Achievement Award for his decades of outstanding contributions to the LGBTQ Arts and Media Visibility. Diamond has dedicated his career to philanthropy and advancing opportunities for people of color through diversity, inclusion and core culture advisement across industries including entertainment, technology, investment management and non-profits.

Amas Musical Theatre(Donna Trinkoff, Artistic Producer) and The Amas Musical Theatre Lab will present further staged readings of Play It by Heart, a new musical, with music by David Spangler, Jerry Taylorand Marty Dodson, lyrics byDavid Spangler, Jerry Taylor,R.T. Robinson, and Marty Dodson, and book byWilly Holtzman. Seaglass Theatrical will stage an invite only industry presentation of the new musical A Dog Story directed by Daniel Goldstein (Godspell). The musical written by Eric H. Weinberger (book) and Gayla D. Morgan (music/lyrics) and musical direction by Emily Marshall will take place on April 21, 2016 at 2PM at the Davenport Black Box Theatre (West 45th Street).
