Irondale, one of the country's longest-standing theater ensembles, is celebrating their 35th birthday this 2017-2018 season.

Pilgrims wash ashore in Massachusetts - turning North American life on its ear - in the world premiere production of the new musical comedy, 'The New World.' Performances begin tonight, November 7, and run through December 2, with an official opening on November 11 at 7:30 pm.

On Sunday, November 19th, Encompass New Opera Theatre (Nancy Rhodes, Artistic Director), The Board of Trustees and The Encompass Honorary Gala Chairs, Alan Alda, Sheldon Harnick, John Kander, and Maury Yeston will pay tribute to Broadway's sparkling luminary, CHRISTINE EBERSOLE, with a star-studded musical salute.

The Bucks County Playhouse presents THE NEW WORLD, with music by Gary Adler, lyrics by Phoebe Kreutz, and book by Regina Decicco & L.F. Turner, directed by Stafford Arima, with choreography by Lorin Latarro. Performances begin November 7 and run through December 2, 2017.

Acclaimed professional storyteller, actress, teacher, coach, writer and entrepreneur, Michaela Murphy, was recently appointed Director of Education at Bucks County Playhouse.

Continuing a Halloween-season tradition that resumed in 2013, shortly after the opening of the historic New Hope venue, Bucks County Playhouse (BCP) will once again present its popular production of Richard O'Brien's The Rocky Horror Show for an extended run beginning Friday, October 13 through Sunday, October 29.
