According to Variety, comedian Bill Burr is set to join Pete Davidson in the forthcoming untitled comedy from Judd Apatow. The film is semi-autobiographical, based on Davidson's life. the script comes from Apatow, Davidson, and Dave Sirus. Read more about the news from Variety here! 

The Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University 2019 Repertory Season opened its seven-week series of exciting and challenging theater productions with bobrauschenbergamerica by Charles L. Mee and the world premiere of Birdsong by Caleb John Cushing. The season features the work of the graduating MFA Acting and Directing students who collaborate on professionally produced productions presented at the ASDS Repertory Theater in downtown Manhattan.

BRUSHES untangles the hysterically complicated relationship between women and their hair since time immemorial. Triple threat Garrett Clayton will present a celebratory evening of cabaret, music, and dancing with his all-new show, It Takes Three, at Feinstein's at the Nikko on Friday, June 21 (8 p.m.) and Saturday, June 22 (8 p.m.). 

Pulitzer Prize-winning playwright Paula Vogel's Indecent, will make its Boston premiere featuring the Tony Award-winning direction by Rebecca Taichman, a seasoned Broadway design team and many members of the original Broadway cast.

After a sold out run Off-Broadway in New York at 3 Legged Dog Theatre in downtown Manhattan, in April/May 2018, the production was picked up for a regional theatre run,which opened on the 28th February 2019 to a sold out audience and standing ovation, directed by Nathan Autrey.

The Old Globe today announced the cast and creative team for the American premiere of Life After, a rapturously beautiful and stirring new musical with book, music, and lyrics by Britta Johnson. The Globe's own Barry Edelstein directs, with choreography by Ann Yee. Life After will run March 22 - April 28, 2019 on the Donald and Darlene Shiley Stage in the Old Globe Theatre, part of the Conrad Prebys Theatre Center. Preview performances run March 22-28.

The National Comedy Center, the nation's first museum and visitor experience dedicated to the comedic arts, announced today that Sebastian Maniscalco and John Mulaney will headline the 2019 Lucille Ball Comedy Festival, August 7th -11th. After fantastic audience and critical response, BAREFOOT, a daring new sexual escapade by Kate T. Billingsley and Thomas G. Waites, will extend through March 2 at the Gene Frankel Theatre when it began performances on January 24. BAREFOOT is produced by Black Rose Productions and directed by Thomas G. Waites (Awake and Sing! with Frances McDormand, Al Pacino's King Richard III).

THE GREEN ROOM 42 - Broadway's newest intimate concert venue - will welcome back Bon Bon Burlesque with two more scintillating shows on Friday, February 22 and Friday, March 22, both at 9:30 PM. The acclaimed troupe returns to the club after their recent standing room only New Year's Eve celebration. The Puerto Rico-born, Bronx-bred choreographer and performer Marlyn Ortiz, along with choreographer Emmanuel E. Hernandez, directs an all-female cast of New York's hottest dancers, aerialists and comediennes in a show that sets traditional and neo-burlesque elements to Latin rhythms. The evening features the beautiful ladies of Bon Bon Burlesque, in addition to comedienne Lori Sommer, also known as "Madam Honey," singer Rachel Stern, also known as "Ray Ray Star," and Jose Mitaynes as "Manuel." The show includes songs such as La Lupe's "Latin Fever," Madonna's "Justify Your Love," and Esthero's "Wikked Lil' Girrrls."
