Broadway In Chicago is pleased to announce the First National Tour of Mean Girls the record-breaking new musical comedy produced by Lorne Michaels, Stuart Thompson, Sonia Friedman, and Paramount Pictures based on the hit film will be coming to Broadway In Chicago's James M. Nederlander Theatre (24 W. Randolph) for a limited 5-week engagement from December 25, 2019 to January 26, 2020.

Written by sisters Nicola and Stacey Bland, Call Me Vicky is a debut play based entirely on a true story. This hard-hitting, comic production charts Vicky's transition from male to female in a time that was far less understanding than the world we live in today. This poignant play stars Wendi Peters (Coronation Street, ITV; Hetty Feather, BBC; Quartet, UK Tour; Hatched 'n' Dispatched, Park Theatre; White Christmas, Dominion Theatre) as Sylvie.

Mean Girls will launch a National Tour in the Fall of 2019 beginning at Shea's Buffalo Theatre. The show will also tech and rehearse at Shea's in the weeks preceding public performances. Mean Girls features a book by nine-time Emmy Award winner Tina Fey, based on her screenplay for the film, music by three-time Emmy Award winner Jeff Richmond; and lyrics by two-time Tony Award nominee Nell Benjamin. Tony Award winner Casey Nicholaw directs and choreographs.
