The Music Center has named 14 Grand Prize finalists from 1,500 applicants in The Music Center’s 33rd annual Spotlight (Spotlight) program, a free nationally acclaimed arts training and scholarship program for Southern California teens. The Music Center re-imagined Spotlight’s offerings for the 2020–2021 year to be entirely digital and COVID safe.

ITV has announced a new talent television series, Starstruck! The panel will feature award winning singer and actress Sheridan Smith, Queen frontman Adam Lambert, comedian Jason Manford and the UK’s leading soulstress and musical theatre star Beverley Knight. Olly Murs has been confirmed as the host.

Presented in chronological order, the series will take us from Queen’s earliest shows at London’s Rainbow and Odeon through vast arenas across the entire world on a journey culminating with the band’s latest record setting achievements with Adam Lambert.

Originally written by Maury Yeston, 'Home' is from Yeston & Kopit's Phantom: The American Musical Sensation. Mendoza and Lyon recorded from Los Angeles and Melbourne, respectively, and the song was produced by James Thompson of The Writing Room (Kaleena Zanders, Disney World, Showtime) and mastered by Latin Grammy winner Dale Becker of Becker Mastering (Chloe X Halle, Khalid, Adam Lambert).
