The Farnsworth Invention, Aaron Sorkin's new American play about the advent of television, directed by two-time Tony Award winner Des McAnuff, will be featured on NBC's 'Today' show and National Public Radio's 'Morning Edition' on Tuesday, December 4. NBC's 'Today' correspondent Jamie Gangel interviews playwright Aaron Sorkin and star Hank Azaria (who stars as David Sarnoff) on Tuesday, December 4 between 8:30AM & 9AM. NPR's 'Morning Edition' reporter Jeff Lunden sits down with Sorkin, director Des McAnuff, stars Azaria and Jimmi Simpson (who stars as Philo T. Farnsworth) for the interview, which airs in the New York area on WNYC-Radio at 7:50AM; elsewhere it will air at 6:50AM & 8:50AM.
