Bank of America presents THE BRIDGE PROJECT Produced by Brooklyn Academy of Music, The Old Vic, & Neal Street

The Bridge Project is currently in its second season with As You Like It opening on January 26th followed by The Tempest on February 25th at the Brooklyn Academy of Music's Harvey Theater (651 Fulton Street).

The Bridge Project's production of AS YOU LIKE IT directed by Sam Mendes will now officially open on Tuesday, January 26.

Season Two of The Bridge Project begins tomorrow, January 12, with a new production of AS YOU LIKE IT at the BAM Harvey Theatre, directed by Sam Mendes. Company members - and husband & wife - Christian Camargo & Juliet Rylance play opposite each other as Orlando & Rosalind.

The Old Vic announced a new line up of productions for 2009 that will begin in January with the World Premiere of the new play, COMPLICIT by Joe Sutton and directed in-the-round by Kevin Spacey. Following the hugely successful The Norman Conquests, which runs through to late December 2008, the new program brings further diversity and originality to one of London's oldest theatres.

Simon Russell Beale leads the British/American cast, playing Lopakhin in The Cherry Orchard and Leontes in The Winter's Tale. He is joined by Sin?ad Cusack as Madame Ranevskaya and Paulina, Richard Easton as Firs and Old Shepherd, Rebecca Hall as Varya and Hermione, Josh Hamilton as Yasha and Polixenes, Ethan Hawke as Trofimov and Autolycus, and Paul Jesson as Gaev and Camilo.

Broadway's The Farnsworth Invention celebrated its best week yet at the Music Box Theatre. The new play by Aaron Sorkin grossed $346,739.00 for the week ending December 30, 2007.
