Times Square Alliance and Make Music New York have partnered on a special edition of Times Square NYC: Music at the Crossroads. The series of free, outdoor concerts on the Broadway Pedestrian Plazas in Times Square will take place weekdays from June 2-19 and will feature musicians from all five boroughs highlighting the diversity of the music scene in NYC. All participants will also be a part of Make Music New York on June 21.
Music will fill the air as Make Music Day, the world's largest annual music event, returns with a wild and wonderful mix of free, outdoor music-making on June 21, the first day of summer.
The Broadway production of "Nice Work If You Can Get It" played for just over a year in New York with the fame factor of Matthew Broderick and Kelli O'Hara pulling in audiences. The current national tour may not last long either, with its only Northern California stop currently in Folsom.
