Terrain, choreography by Rebecca Lazier, premieres two dance installations at Joyce SoHo, 155 Mercer Street (between Houston and Prince) January 29th - 31st, 2009. The evening, created in collaboration with composer Gregory Spears, lighting designer Aaron Copp, costume designers Mary Jo Mecca and Heidi Barr, and the performers Jennifer Lafferty, Rommel Salveron, Emily Stone, Storme Sundberg, and Christopher Williams, is conceived as a way to encourage audience reaction and discourse. Alan Ayckbourn's comic romp 'Bedroom Farce' hasn't been given a real New York revival since its seven month Broadway run came to an end in 1979. Who better to revive it than The Actors Theatre Company (TACT), who specialize in reviving underappreciated plays from days gone by?

NAKED BOYS SINGING!, the fifteen-song celebration of the male form hit yet another milestone: it began its tenth year on Saturday July 26th. The Naked Boys are appearing on New World Stages Stage 4, graciously shared with the other (clothed) Boyz of New World Stages: Altar Boyz! New World Stages is located at 340 West 50th Street, between 8th & 9th Avenues. Naked Boys plays Fridays at 10:30pm and Saturday evenings at 6pm.
