Aaron C. Finley, Shannon O'Boyle and Haven Burton joined the cast of the Tony Award-winning musical Kinky Boots earlier this summer in the roles of Charlie Price, Nicola and Lauren, respectively. They were welcomed by Alan Mingo, Jr. as Lola. Kinky Boots is currently playing at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre (302 West 45th Street). BroadwayWorld has a first look at the new stars in action below!

Producers Daryl Roth and Hal Luftig announced today that Todrick Hall will join the Broadway company of Kinky Boots as 'Lola' in the Tony Award-winning musical, beginning November 1, 2016 through March 5, 2017.

Broadway Sings at the PS 166, the Richard Rodgers School, has become an Upper West Side tradition, inviting musical theater actors and musicians who's credits span Broadway, Off-Broadway, National Tours, London's West End and the most notable National Theaters. The cabaret style show is crafted with New York families and a multi-generational audience in mind, also featuring Q&A with theater industry professionals who call the neighborhood home.

 Lyrics & Lyricists 2016 season opened with real-life theatrical drama as three-time Tony-winner Kathleen Marshallreturned to 92Y with the nail-biting stories behind the 11th-hour songs that saved the day and became Broadway classics. Actors' Equity Association today named It Shoulda Been You recipient of the 'Extraordinary Excellence in Diversity on Broadway' Award for the 2014-15 theatrical season. Presented by Equity's National Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Committee, the award honors shows that exemplify and promote the union's founding principles of diversity, inclusion and equal opportunity for all who work in the theatre. Accepting the award on behalf of the It Shoulda Been You producers and creative team was producer Daryl Roth. Also in attendance were cast members Edward Hibbert and Jillian Louis, director David Hyde Pierce, composer Barbara Anselmi, co-lyricist and librettist Brian Hargrove and the production's stage management team: Bess Marie Glorioso, Katherine Shea and Melanie Morgan.

The Original Broadway cast album for It Shoulda Been You was recorded by Ghostlight Records and will be available for purchase digitally on Friday, August 14, 2015 and physically on Friday, September 18, 2015. Licensing for future productions of the hilarious, crowd-pleasing musical will be available through Music Theatre International (MTI). The Wednesday, July 15, 2015 matinee performance of It Shoulda Been You will be filmed for the Lincoln Center Library for the Performing Arts and preserved for the Theatre on Film and Tape Archive.
