FX has picked up a fourth season of its comedy series The League, ordering 13 episodes, announced Nick Grad, Executive Vice President of Original Programming, FX Networks.

WE BOUGHT A ZOO is coming to theaters on December 23rd from 20th Century Fox. The comedy drama is directed by Cameron Crowe and stars Matt Damon, Scarlett Johansson, Elle Fanning, Stephanie Szostak, Carla Gallo, Thomas Haden Church, Patrick Fugit, Angus Macfadyen and John Michael Higgins.

20th Century Fox has released the first trailer forThe Three Stooges, their upcoming Farrelly Brother's-directed feature film, which stars Broadway veteran Sean Hayes. The studio announced that the highly anticipated movie will hit theaters across the country April 4, 2012 and will feature all the madcap slapstick action from the greatest comedy trio of all time, Larry, Moe and Curly. Will Sasso, Sean Hayes, and Chris Diamantopoulos star as The Three Stooges with Peter and Bobby Farrelly directing from their all new screenplay written with Mike Cerrone.

Brand new forensic cases and mysteries will be unearthed on a special night of procedural dramas, Thursday, January 12, on FOX. The all-new "The Crack in the Code" episode of BONES (8:00-9:00 PM ET/PT) will lead into the series premiere of THE FINDER (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT).

THE SOUND OF MUSIC, the original classic starring Julie Andrews, brings its special magic to the holiday season when it airs in HDTV with 5.1-channel surround sound as the 'ABC Saturday Movie of the Week,' DECEMBER 24 (7:00-11:00 p.m., ET), on the ABC Television Network.

The International Animated Film Society, ASIFA-Hollywood has just announced the nominations and award recipients for the 38th Annual Annie Awards. Sean Patrick Doyle, who appeared as Chantal the Songbird in the Tony-winning revival of La Cage Aux Folles, has joined the cast of David Gordon Green's 'The Sitter.' Doyle will appear opposite Sam Rockwell (A Behanding in Spokane) and Jonah Hill ('Superbad' and 'Forgetting Sarah Marshall') in the 20th Century Fox film.

This holiday season, America's #1 Christmas movie comes to life on stage as a hilarious holiday musical. A Christmas Story, The Musical! features a bright holiday score by composer/lyricist team Benj Pasek and Justin Paul, and a book by Joseph Robinette based on the writings of radio humorist Jean Shepherd and the 1983 holiday film favorite. Acclaimed director/choreographer Warren Carlyle (Broadway's Finian's Rainbow, Follies at The Kennedy Center, An Evening With Hugh Jackman) will helm the production. Peter Billingsley, who starred as Ralphie in the original 1983 film, serves as a producer for the holiday tour.

Actress Tanya Clarke been cast in the part of Sam's mother on GLEE, reports TV Guide. Clarke is likely best known for her role on 'Guiding Light' in addition to being featured in 2002's I'M NOT RAPPAPORT on Broadway. This season's eighth episode will be her first appearance on GLEE; the episode is also the first that Chord Overstreet has reprised his role as Sam since departing as a series regular.
