Sadler's Wells has announced the new dance artists joining two of its headline artist development programmes, as part of its Learning & Engagement work.

In November 2021, the second cohort of the Sadler's Wells Young Associates introduced their refreshing voices at sell-out performances in the Lilian Baylis Studio. The next step of their journey sees John-William Watson, Magnus Westwell, Olive Hardy and Vidya Patel take to the Sadler's Wells stage with the World Premiere of To Start With on Wednesday 26 October.

Following the success of their 2021 production Speak Volumes, National Youth Dance Company (NYDC) once again collaborates with internationally renowned choreographer Alesandra Seutin.

Entering its tenth anniversary year, National Youth Dance Company (NYDC), the country's flagship company for young dancers run by Sadler's Wells, appoints its next Guest Artistic Director, Wayne McGregor in 2022/23.

National Youth Dance Company (NYDC), the country's flagship company for young dancers, run by Sadler's Wells, has selected its 10th intake of dancers. The new cohort joins Guest Artistic Director Alesandra Seutin to work on a new piece created by Seutin for NYDC.

The Mixed Bill is the first live performance of work by the second cohort of Young Associates; Olive Hardy, Vidya Patel, John-William Watson, and Magnus Westwell. This evening of dance showcases the distinct and diverse creative voices of these young artists as they embark on their careers as choreographers.  

The Actors Studio Drama School at Pace University 2019 Repertory Season opened Week 3 of its seven-week series of exciting and challenging theater productions with The Breaking of Bread by William Watson and She Talks to Beethoven by Adrienne Kennedy. The season features the work of the graduating MFA Acting and Directing students who collaborate on professionally produced productions presented at the ASDS Repertory Theater in downtown Manhattan.

The 42nd annual edition of the Chicago area's Bach Week Festival will feature all six of J. S. Bach's beloved 'Brandenburg' Concertos, performed in the course of concerts April 10 at Nichols Concert Hall in Evanston and May 1 and 3 at Anderson Chapel at North Park University on Chicago's North Side. The festival is a collaboration between Bach Week and North Park's School of Music. This will be the first Bach Week Festival to present the complete 'Brandenburg' Concerto cycle. Two of the concertos will anchor each principal concert program, alongside other Bach compositions. An intimate, late-evening Candlelight Concert in Evanston on April 10 will offer music for recorder and theorbo, another festival first.

As Baltimore celebrates the bicentennial of the War of 1812 with its Inner Harbor Sailabration and Baltimore County hosts Star Spangled 200, the Community College of Baltimore County is focusing its commemoration of this historic event on a musical drama based on the 'Battle of North Point.' More than two years in the planning, CCBC has created an original patriotic musical pageant O'er the Ramparts that will premiere at 7:30 p.m. tonight, Sept. 12 and Saturday, Sept. 13 and at 2 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 14 in the John E. Ravekes Theatre at CCBC Dundalk, 7200 Sollers Point Road.
