Tony Award-nominated and five-time Obie Award-winning theater company Clubbed Thumb has announced an extension for the world premiere of The Woman’s Party. Originally scheduled to stream through August 31, The Woman’s Party will now be available through Thursday September 23.

The series' final performance for the first time invites a limited number of in-person audiences to experience the work, at a special surprise location in Bushwick, Brooklyn on June 29 at 7pm.

Clubbed Thumb has announced the world premiere of The Woman’s Party. Originally slated to premiere as part of the 2020 Summerworks Festival, the piece will now premiere virtually. The Woman’s Party has been divided into three 30-minute episodes, which were filmed over the course of four weeks remotely from each actor’s home.

PlayCo presents William Burke's Is it Supposed to Last?, an iterative performance series co-directed by Burke and Bryn Herdrich and presented live in monthly installments beginning January 28.

Rattlestick Playwrights Theater has announced casting and other details for the World Premiere of Lockdown by Cori Thomas (Citizens Market, When January Feels Like Summer), directed by Kent Gash (Barbeque). This play, commissioned by Rattlestick with support from the Virginia P. The Shelter (winners of Best Overall Play at FringeNYC 2015 with Night of the Living) will present the World Premiere of THE RED ROOM, a new American drama by Morgan McGuire. Directed by Jenny Beth Snyder, previews begin July 14 at TBG Theatre. Opening night is slated for Sunday, July 17.
