The thread running through my entire career has never really been marketing. It’s been human connection. I’ve helped advertise Broadway shows, launch brands, lead creative teams, produce content, shape public perception, manage communities, and bring big ideas to life. At the core of everything I do is one thing: people.
I’m endlessly fascinated by how our diverse brains work and what makes someone feel seen, inspired, nostalgic, understood - a part of something bigger than themselves. I’ve found great joy in helping companies clarify their voice. I thrive when brainstorming campaign strategies, producing live events, mentoring young people, or building relationships in a room full of strangers.
My career began in entertainment marketing and communications - first in radio promotions and live events, then in regional theater, and on Broadway and international live entertainment campaigns in New York City. During my time in the agency space, I helped lead digital strategy, social media, content creation, and online community development during a transformative moment in entertainment marketing. I built and managed creative teams, developed brand voices, forged strategic partnerships, and helped merge traditional advertising with authentic digital engagement. A career highlight: being part of the team that received the 2016 Webby Award and People’s Voice Award for the digital campaign surrounding the 69th Annual Tony Awards. A night none of us will ever forget.
In 2019, I co-founded Otto & Friends, an LGBTQ+ and female-owned public relations, branding, and digital marketing agency built around collaboration, authenticity, and heart. What matters most to me is helping organizations and people communicate who they truly are, not just what they do.
After two decades in the New York City area, I returned home to Buffalo in 2020, where I’ve loved being surrounded by family, friends, and community. Buffalo is often underestimated, but “The City of Good Neighbors” is real. The grit, resilience, and heart of the people here inspire me.
I’m passionate about helping organizations uncover the emotional core of their story and create messaging that feels human and welcoming. I believe the strongest marketing doesn’t feel like marketing at all. It feels like trust and belonging.
At the end of the day, I’m a heart-led leader who loves building things: ideas, brands, teams, experiences, relationships… I care deeply. I ask questions. I believe enthusiasm matters. And I’m genuinely excited about helping good people do meaningful work in the world.
