Steven Cole Hughes spent ten seasons with the Denver Center Theatre Company, appearing in over a dozen plays, including: Pride and Prejudice, All My Sons, The Misanthrope, Blue/Orange, The Three Sisters, The Lonesome West, Hamlet and Tantalus. In Colorado, he has performed at the Colorado Shakespeare Festival, Creede Repertory Theatre, The Arvada Center, Curious Theatre Company, and Theatre Aspen. Regionally, at Portland Center Stage, Baltimore Centerstage, Cleveland Public Theatre, Ensemble Studio Theatre and many others. On television, he has appeared in: “Easy Money,” “Law & Order,” and “Law & Order: Criminal Intent.” He is currently the co-artistic director of Fight or Flight, a New York City-based aerial theatre company, for whom he directed Shakespeare’s Richard II, Off Off Broadway, and Henry V at the Burning Coal Theatre Company in Raleigh, NC. He is a proud graduate of the National Theatre Conservatory.

The Arvada Center will begin the New Year with Mary Chase's delightful play Harvey directed by Gavin Mayer. Harvey will run in the intimate Black Box Theater January 27 - February 22, 2015.
