Blending musical theatre, biography, folklore, and history, the production traces Fafá’s journey from her childhood in the Amazon to her emergence as a celebrated singer, activist, and cultural ambassador. Featuring a score packed with hits from across her five decades in music, the show explores Amazonian myths, family roots, political engagement, and her enduring connection to Portugal. Starring Laura Saab, Clarah Passos, Helga Nemetik, and Lucinha Lins as Fafá at different stages of life, the musical culminates in a vibrant celebration of Brazilian culture, identity, and artistic resilience.
