San Francisco's 42nd Street Moon (Daren A.C. Carollo and Daniel Thomas, Co-Executive Directors), currently celebrating its 25th Anniversary in continuous operation, has announced the full cast and creative team for the final production of the 2017-2018 season: ME AND MY GIRL, a hilarious and delightful 1930s West End smash hit (winner of three Tony Awards for the critically-acclaimed 1986 Broadway revival). ME AND MY GIRL features book and lyrics by L. Arthur Rose & Douglas Furber, revised by Stephen Fry with contributions by Mike Ockrent, and music by Noel Gay. ME AND MY GIRL runs from May 2 - 20, 2018 and will perform at San Francisco's Gateway Theatre (formerly the Eureka Theatre). After receiving a record-breaking 145 submissions from the top national and international voices in contemporary dance, CONDER/dance announces its final selection of artists who will be featured at the 2017 Breaking Ground Contemporary Dance Festival.

The Film Society of Lincoln Center and Dance Films Association today announced the lineup for the 41st edition of Dance on Camera. Nashville Symphony Chorus Director Dr. George Mabry will be retiring from his duties on December 31, 2011. Mabry has directed the Nashville Symphony Chorus since 1998, bringing national acclaim to the group. Under his leadership, the chorus reached several milestones: the addition of professional section leaders, an expansion of the chorus's annual program offerings, and the participation in a total of six Nashville Symphony recordings. A published composer and arranger, Mabry plans to devote more time to composing new commissions.
