Australia’s premiere international dance on film festival, Inspired Dance Film Festival, has announced a new partnership with one of Australia’s flagship dance companies, Queensland Ballet in 2022.

The inaugural LIVE Festival Gala Screening Events of IDFFA and IDFFA Schools, at Hoyts Cinema EQ, is looking forward to bringing lovers of dance back to the cinema.  Creating the ultimate cinema experience, the LIVE screenings will be presented at the newly refurbished Cinema 1, HOYTS Entertainment Quarter.

Inspired Dance Film Fest Australia is a nationwide dance on film festival, providing a platform for dancers, choreographers, and filmmakers to explore their creativity on film. The Festival is a fusion of dance and film, combining the two genres of artistic expression to showcase choreography in a short film format. Whilst the focus is on nurturing Australian talent, International submissions are also included.
