After a critically acclaimed run in Philadelphia last summer, RuPaul's Drag Race Star Mimi Imfurst will return as Hedwig in reTHEATER's production of John Cameron Mitchell and Stephen Trask's gender bending rock musical HEDWIG AND THE ANGRY INCH. The production was nominated for a 2018 Barrymore Awatd and The Philadelphia Inquirer hailed Imfurst as giving 'a performance worthy of a rock star, at once weepy and melodramatic and infused with the fury and angst of long-endured sorrow.' It will be presented for one night only: Today, February 15 at 7pm at The Laurie Beechman Theatre (inside West Bank Cafe at 407 West 42nd Street -- at Ninth Avenue). The John W. Engeman Theater's CAMELOT previews began on Thursday, with the official opening tomorrow at 8:00 p.m., running through November 6. Winner of four Tony Awards, Camelot is based on 'The Once and Future King' by T.H. White with Book and Lyrics by Alan Jay Lerner and Music by Frederick Loewe.
