Broadway Green Alliance to Host HALLOGREEN Textile Drive & Costume Swap, 10/29

The Broadway Green Alliance (BGA) is sponsoring "Hallogreen" a textile drive and costume swap for the theater industry and fans on Wednesday, October 29rd from 10:00am-2:00pm in Duffy Square at 46th Street and Broadway. The collection drive is open to all shows, theaters, industry members and fans to donate clothing, accessories, and household items in an effort to keep Broadway green.

Electronic Recyclers International (ERI), the nation's leading recycler of electronics and e-waste, joined forces with the Broadway Green Alliance (BGA) for a special e-waste collection event to take place right in the heart of Times Square in New York City on Wednesday, September 17. Many of Broadway's leading shows and stars got involved and encouraged fans of live theatre - and all residents of New York City in general - to take advantage of the opportunity to unload unwanted electronics while doing something good for the environment.
